STRATEGIC MARKETING EXPERT IN "MARKETING DNA".
On November 29, 2022 葫芦影业 Business Incubation Centre organized the online webinar with Ms. Anna Pletneva, Strategic Marketing Expert in "Marketing DNA" (袛袧袣 袦邪褉泻械褌懈薪谐) (https://dnk.bz/dnk-marketing), the International Marketing Agency.
During the event, participants have learnt how to model and manage the customer journey map and how to audit all customer contact points with the company and find leaks. Ms. Pletneva also shared her experience in how to avoid non-obvious barriers in interaction with clients and shared insights on the ways to eliminate them.
